Precast Shapes From Conventional Castables
Conventional Castables with 45 - 95% Alumina and different purity levels are used in making high grade precast shapes. They have high strength and good resistance to thermal shocks and also withstand high temperatures and abrasion resistance. They are made to any shape or size.
Xtral special shapes are used for applications in all the industries totally replacing shaped blocks in category of firebricks.

XTRAL - LC
Precast Shapes From Low Cement Castables
Xtral-LC has low iron content and has high strengths at all temperatures. XtraL-LC requires low content of water to cast into any shapes, resulting in high density and low porosity of Pre-cast Blocks.Xtral-LC has high volume stability, impact and abrasion resistance better than any other conventional castable based pre-cast shapes. All necessary care is taken from mixing to slow firing stages.
As Xtral-LC is suitable for Burner Blocks, Hearth Blocks, Roof Hanger Bricks, EAF Delta Segment, Electrode Rings, Tap Hole Spouts, Launders, Runners, Ladle Lip Rings, Well Blocks and many other shapes for reheating furnaces.
